Anantha is a doctoral candidate in English, and is currently working
on her dissertation, "Emergent Futures: South Asian American Cultural
Production and the Politics of Community." Her areas of interest
include Asian American literature, South Asian diaspora, arts
activism, and U.S. immigration history.
